Don’t forget marine bobbins Marine thread needs a marine bobbin underneath. Standard cotton/poly bobbins rot and fail outdoors — pair this spool with a UV-stable Sunguard bobbin so the whole stitch lasts. Most jobs don’t need a color match unless the bobbin thread shows.

The same thread we use to sew every CNC panel we make. Amann OutdoorPro Tex 135 is a heavy-duty bonded polyester thread built for marine, automotive, and outdoor upholstery. UV-stabilized, water-repellent, and rated for extreme weather.
