Flat Rate Shipping

We charge a flat rate of $40 on all standard orders shipped within the contiguous United States (48 states + DC). No surprises at checkout.

Order Minimum

No minimum order. Fabric and vinyl are sold in 1-yard increments. Order exactly what you need, starting from 1 yard.

Free Shipping on Samples

Material samples ship free. No minimum required.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other U.S. territories at this time. For freight or large wholesale orders outside our standard shipping zone, contact us for a quote.

Processing & Ship Times

In-stock fabric orders: Ship next business day from High Point, NC. We are open Monday–Thursday, 8am–5pm ET, Friday 8am–3pm ET.

CNC sewn panels: Ship in 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Each panel is made to order in our shop.

Out of stock items: If anything on your order is unavailable, we will contact you the same day with a status update and estimated timeframe.

Shipping Carrier

Orders ship via UPS or FedEx depending on size and destination. Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships.

Wholesale and Freight Orders

Large wholesale orders may ship via freight. Contact us for pricing on large volume orders.

Returns and Exchanges

Cut Fabric — Final Sale

All fabric is cut to order. Because of this, cut fabric cannot be returned or exchanged. Please order samples before committing to a large quantity — always verify pattern and color before cutting.

Samples

Sample orders are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

CNC Sewn Panels

Custom sewn panels are made to your spec and are non-refundable unless there is a defect in workmanship or materials. Review your order carefully before submitting.
