Returns & Refunds

All sales are final on cut vinyl and custom CNC-sewn panels. Here's why:

Cut vinyl is measured and cut to your order. Once cut, it cannot be restocked or resold. We offer samples on every product for exactly this reason — order a sample before you commit to yardage.

CNC-sewn panels are custom-made to order — your pattern, your material, your thread color. We begin production immediately after your order is placed. Custom panels cannot be returned or exchanged.

We will make it right if we made a mistake. If we shipped the wrong item, the wrong yardage, or a product with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or issue a full refund. Photos required.

Unopened accessories (thread, foam) in original condition may be returned within 14 days for store credit. Contact us first.

Samples are non-refundable.
