Ordering & Pricing
Do you sell to the public?
Yes. We sell to everyone — upholstery shops, boat builders, auto detailers, DIYers, furniture makers, and anyone in between. No account required, no minimums.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order. We sell in 1-yard increments — order exactly what you need, starting from 1 yard. No dollar minimum, no item count minimum, no account required.
Do you give better pricing for full rolls?
Yes. Roll pricing is available on most vinyl products and is listed on the product page. Vinyl rolls are typically 30 yards; fabric rolls vary by product. If you don't see roll pricing listed, contact us and we'll quote you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I order samples?
Yes. Find a material you're interested in, open the product page, and add a swatch to your cart. Sample swatches: $5 each, free shipping. It's the best way to check color and texture before you order yardage.
Product Questions
Do you have everything in stock?
We stock everything listed on our site. Occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock — if that's the case it will be noted on the product page. When in doubt, call or email us before ordering.
Is the fabric/vinyl scotchguarded or treated?
It depends on the product. Treatment information is listed in each product's description. If you don't see it, contact us and we'll check for you.
Is the pattern railroaded? What is the repeat?
Pattern direction and repeat information is listed in the product description where available. If you need it for a specific product and it's not listed, give us a call or send an email.
How many square feet are in a hide of leather?
Hides average around 50 sq. ft., but size varies animal to animal. Roughly 18 sq. ft. equals 1 yard of 54" fabric. Hides will have natural variations, scars, and character marks — that's the nature of real leather.
What are CNC sewn panels?
CNC panels are pre-sewn upholstery panels made on our in-house CNC sewing table. You choose the stitch pattern, material, thread color, and foam thickness — we build it and ship it ready to install. All panels are a standard 48″ × 28″ finished. Panels start from a larger blank and finish at approximately 48″ × 28″ after sewing/quilting. Custom stitch patterns are available — submit a quote request with your design and we'll program it on our CNC table.
Shipping
How fast does my order ship?
In-stock material orders ship next business day from High Point, NC. CNC sewn panels ship within 1–3 business days. We ship via FedEx and UPS ground — delivery time after that depends on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate of $40 on all domestic orders (contiguous 48 states). Samples ship free. No other fees.
Do you ship internationally?
Not through the website at this time. Contact us directly and we can discuss options for international orders.
Returns & Issues
Can I return fabric if I change my mind or my customer cancels?
Uncut material in original condition may be returned within 14 days for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for return shipping. We cannot accept returns on cut yardage — always verify your pattern and color before cutting.
What if my order arrives damaged or there's a defect?
Every order is quality-checked and photographed before it leaves our shop. That said, mistakes happen and we will always make our errors right.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, refuse the delivery and let the driver take it back — this protects you and speeds up the claim. If you accept it, photograph the damaged outer packaging before you open the box, then photograph the contents. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and those photos and we will work out a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Claims require photos of both the packaging and the product as received. We cannot process damage or defect claims on items that have been cut, altered, installed, or used.
What if my CNC panel isn't right?
CNC panels are custom-made to your spec, so we can't accept returns due to change of mind. If there's a production defect or we made an error on your order, contact us and we'll fix it.
