A pre-sewn upholstery panel is a finished, stitched insert — quilted or patterned — that arrives ready to cut, wrap, and install. Instead of programming a sewing machine, aligning material, and running each stitch yourself, you get a consistent, repeatable panel shipped to your door.
We sew every panel in-house on our precision CNC sewing table. That means tight, even stitching across the full panel — diamond quilting, hexagons, channels, herringbone, and dozens of other patterns. Each panel is 48×28 inches finished and made to your exact specs: your choice of marine vinyl, contract vinyl, outdoor fabric, or any material we stock; your thread color from 34 options; and optional 1/4″ or 3/8″ sew foam for depth and cushion.

Step 2 — Choose your material. Select from 100+ marine vinyl, contract vinyl, and outdoor fabric options already in our stock. Every color, every brand — same page.
Step 3 — Select thread and foam. 34 thread colors (match or contrast). Optional 1/4″ or 3/8″ sew foam for padded depth.
Step 4 — We build and ship. Standard panels ship in 1–3 business days. Need a pattern or size we don't list? Request a custom quote — we can program new patterns on our CNC table.
