Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from carolynfabrics.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

Products & Pricing

  • All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • Colors shown on screen are representative only. Monitor settings vary — we strongly recommend ordering a sample swatch before committing to large orders.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse any order.
  • Product specifications (weight, width, composition) are provided by the manufacturer and believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed by Carolyn Fabrics.

Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Payment is due at the time of purchase.
  • We accept major credit cards through our secure payment processor.

Shipping

  • In-stock orders typically ship within 1 business day.
  • Custom CNC panels ship within 1–3 business days.
  • If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated ship date.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders over $150 ship free (domestic US).
  • We ship via UPS and FedEx from High Point, NC.

Returns & Refunds

  • Cut materials: Because materials are cut to your specified length, cut yardage is non-returnable unless defective.
  • Full rolls: Unopened full rolls may be returned within 30 days for a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee. Buyer pays return shipping.
  • CNC panels: Custom sewn panels are made to order and are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Defective materials: If you receive defective material, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will replace the material or issue a full refund including shipping.
  • Samples: Sample swatches are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Carolyn Fabrics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, design) is the property of Carolyn Fabrics and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Guilford County, NC.
