Whisper Neo Plus is a soft-touch contract vinyl by Spradling with a premium matte finish and Permablok Plus+ protection. It has a very good feel, stretches easily, and is well suited to the upscale interior uses it was designed for.

Best for: Hotels, restaurants, lounges, healthcare, office, and residential interiors where customers touch the furniture and a soft, refined surface matters.

Choose another vinyl if: Maximum abrasion is the priority—compare Spirit Millennium or Pinnacle.

Start with neutral soap and water, then rinse and dry. Formula 409 is on Spradling's approved-cleaner list. A 1:9 household-bleach solution may be used when needed; rinse with clean water and dry.
