What is sew foam for?

It goes behind vinyl or fabric so the stitching sews clean, on CNC-sewn and hand-sewn panels. It's for marine seats, auto interiors, furniture and hospitality work. It is not cushion foam.

What are the specs?

56 inches wide, 1.8 lb density, 70 lb ILD, tricot-sewn backing. It passes Cal 117 and is Prop 65 compliant.

What thickness do your CNC panels use?

Every CNC panel we sew is on 3/8 inch sew foam.

Can I return it?

No. Cut foam is final sale, so check your measurements before you order.

How fast does it ship?

In-stock yardage ships in 1 to 2 business days from High Point, NC. Transit time is extra. Shipping is $30 flat, and orders of $250 or more ship free to the lower 48 states and DC.
