Why upholstery shops send their pattern work to Carolyn

Family owned in High Point, NC, since 1932. Fourth generation. We sew every panel on our own CNC machine in our shop.

Every panel in these photos was stitched on our CNC table. The finished pieces were built by customer shops.

1. Your time is worth more than the panel

Laying out diamonds by hand takes hours of marking and sewing. Send that part to us and spend your time cutting, building and installing.

2. Charge for the look, without the hours

Customers pay more for a stitched seat, and you don't spend the hours sewing it.

3. The pattern comes out the same on every panel

The machine runs the same stitch program every time. A seat back and a seat bottom sewn a week apart line up the way they should.
