HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Most returns of Internet purchased fabric are the result of color representation. Please be aware that color displayed on the Internet can vary by the settings and lighting of your monitor. Therefore, we urge you to order a sample ($2.00 includes mailing) of any item you are interested in prior to making a purchase.
RETURN POLICY FOR SHIPMENTS TO DESTINATIONS IN THE UNITED STATES:
If we determine the reason for a return is our error or a product defect, please accept our apology and follow the procedures below to receive a 100% refund of your purchase price including shipping charges in an amount not to exceed our ground service rates. Please be aware refunds will not be made for products that have been altered from their original condition or if you do not contact us to request a return authorization within 14 days of receipt.
With the exception of those non-refundable items listed below, you may return all other items for other reasons. A refund will be processed for your original purchase price less a return handling / cutting charge equal to the greater of 20% or $15.00 for each item returned. Original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges are your responsibility.
REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR:
Products returned without first receiving return authorization from us within 14 days of your receipt.
Products that have a return post mark after 21 days from date of your receipt.
Swatches / Samples
A product that has been cut or otherwise altered from it’s original condition while in your possession.
You must contact us by email or phone within 14 days of your receipt and request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). Email us ([email protected]) or call 800-333-8400 between 8AM-5PM EST Monday-Thursday or 8AM- 3PM Friday. Please provide the order number, reason for return, product code and quantity of the item you wish to return.
Please include a copy of your original receipt or invoice inside the package and mark the RMA Number on the outside of the package.
All returns should be shipped prepaid using a traceable package delivery service via UPS, USPS or Federal Express using their economical standard ground service to:

Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days of product receipt after satisfactory inspection for original condition. We will communicate the refund to you at that time.
